President

The institution's chief executive officer. Enforce the policies,

regulations, and other procedures that governs IRT.

                                          -  Works with the board of trustees and make

                                             recommendations to the board regarding the

                                             governance and policies of the school.

                                          - Appoint and, if necessary, remove other

                                            officers of the institution, such as vice-

                                            presidents or deans.

                                          - Approve or disapprove new policies and

                                            procedures recommended by the institution’s

                                            administrative and faculty committees.

                                  - Represent the college or university to the

                                            general public and to the institution's alumni.

 

Board of Trustees

Board of trustees establishes and approves the institution's general governing policies. Members of our board of trustees have matriculated through the “dedication” process and have achieved outstanding success in business, science, the arts and dedication/education.

-   Approve or revise budgets.

-   Assist the president.

-   Take part in ceremonies

   related to school events, such

    as graduations.

-  Assist with fundraising.
